Nous sommes ouverts 7 jours sur 7 de 7h00 à 22h00. Cependant, nous pouvons être disponibles en dehors de ces horaires sur demande et en fonction de la disponibilité.

Les bateaux et les capitaines sont souvent réservés pour un autre trajet après le vôtre, avec d’autres clients en attente. Nous vous recommandons d’arriver à l’heure afin de profiter pleinement de votre expérience. Notre politique est de faire de notre mieux pour vous offrir un maximum de temps sur le bateau, lorsque cela est possible. Si nous le pouvons, nous prolongerons votre sortie pour que vous profitiez pleinement de votre expérience.

Oui, nous pouvons venir vous chercher chez un particulier disposant d’un quai, à condition que la profondeur de l’eau, la marée et l’état du quai soient sûrs et accessibles pour le bateau. Si vous êtes dans un condominium ou une communauté fermée avec une HOA, vérifiez toujours leurs règlements concernant les ramassages de bateaux. Des frais supplémentaires peuvent s’appliquer en fonction de l’endroit.
