¿Qué pasa si llegamos tarde?

Si llega tarde, retrasaremos su hora de salida, pero por lo general no podemos ampliar la hora prevista de regreso. Los barcos y el capitán suelen estar reservados para otra salida posterior con clientes esperando. Le recomendamos que llegue a tiempo para disfrutar plenamente de la experiencia. La política de la casa es hacer todo lo posible para darle todo el tiempo que podamos en el barco cuando sea factible. Si podemos, nos extenderemos y le daremos una experiencia completa.

¿Se puede comprar comida y bebida en el puerto deportivo?

No, but there is a convenience store across the street. Snacks, sodas, liquor, and beer are welcome on board. Drink responsibly. Red wine and red juices are not recommended.

¿Puede recogernos en nuestra casa o residencia?

Sí, podemos recogerle en una casa particular con muelle, siempre que la profundidad del agua, la marea y las condiciones del muelle sean seguras y accesibles para la embarcación. Si se encuentra en un condominio o una comunidad cerrada con una HOA, compruebe siempre sus reglamentos relativos a la recogida de embarcaciones. Dependiendo del lugar, pueden aplicarse tasas adicionales.

¿Puede recogernos o dejarnos en el hotel o en nuestro restaurante favorito?
