Upon arrival at the Marina, 2400 Collins Avenue, you will check in and receive a warm welcome. Before boarding, we ask you to fill in the liability waiver and, when applicable, review and sign a bareboat charter agreement.
Before boarding, boxes will be available to lock your shoes in. Passengers are required to be barefoot on the boats. We’ll provide life jackets for kids under 13 years of age. Your friendly captain will introduce himself, provide a standard safety briefing, and give an overview of the experience to ensure a safe and enjoyable trip. This is the perfect time to share your expectations so we can better serve you throughout the day.
If you arrive late, we will delay your departure time, but we generally cannot extend the scheduled returning time. The boats and captain are often booked for another trip afterward with clients waiting. We recommend arriving on time to enjoy your full experience. The house policy is to do our best to give you as much time as we can on the boat when feasible. If we can, we will extend and give you a full experience.
No. All our boats are operated by professional and licensed captains to ensure your safety and the best possible experience.
Yes! Our tours are designed to be shared. You can bring family and friends to enjoy the ride together, depending on the boat’s capacity: generally, 8 people on a 27ft, 10 people on a 29ft, and 13 people on 37ft and above.
Yes, the availability of a specific boat depends on the date and time of your booking. We recommend booking in advance if you have a preference.
No, but there is a convenience store across the street. Snacks, sodas, liquor, and beer are welcome on board. Drink responsibly. Red wine and red juices are not recommended.
Yes, alcohol is permitted on board for guests of legal drinking age. However, for safety reasons, excessive drinking is not allowed, and the captain reserves the right to pause or stop the service if necessary.
Yes, we can pick you up from a private house with a dock, as long as the water depth, tide, and dock conditions are safe and accessible for the boat. If you're in a condominium or a gated community with an HOA, always check their regulations regarding boat pickups. Additional fees may apply depending on the location.
Yes, many hotels and restaurants are located on the water. As long as it is safe and accessible for the boat, and docking is permitted. Some locations may require a reservation for dock access, so it's best to check in advance. Additional pick up and drop off fees may apply.
Boat tours can still operate in light rain or overcast conditions. However, if the weather is deemed unsafe due to storms, high winds, or rough seas, we will reschedule your tour at no additional cost. The Captain will make that decision.
Yes, you are welcome to bring cameras and GoPros to capture your experience. However, drones must follow FAA regulations and local restrictions. Always discuss with your captain prior to using a drone to avoid incidents.
You can purchase a gift certificate directly on our website or over the phone. Gift certificates are valid for up to five years and can be redeemed for any of our boat tours, or value toward a tour, boat or yacht rental.

Bookings can fill up quickly, especially during peak seasons. We recommend reserving your experience as early as possible, which could range from a few days to a few months in advance. For last-minute bookings, contact us directly.
Reservations are non-refundable, but they can be rescheduled. Rescheduling policies and fees may apply, depending on the tour type and notice given.

No, all our tours are captained by our professional crew to ensure safety and the best possible experience for our guests.
Kids under 13 years of age must wear a life jacket while the boat is underway. Children are not required to wear a life jacket when at anchor, at the dock, or inside the cabin, but we recommend keeping them on for safety. Adults are not required to wear life jackets, but we provide them for anyone who feels more comfortable wearing one while on board. Life jackets can be provided for swimming or snorkeling. Water sports, always require a life jacket regardless of age.
